2. Why we use it

4. Payouts on the blockchain
Crypto payments and payouts are recorded on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and amounts on a blockchain are public and permanent, and nobody, including us, can delete them.

- KYC, payment and transaction records: 5 years after your account closes, or longer if the law requires
- Trading data: for as long as your account is open, then 5 years
- Marketing and waitlist contact details: until you unsubscribe
- Support messages: 2 years
6. Your rights

- Delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it
- Stop using your data for marketing
- Give you your data in a common format
